| 摘 要： | 目的:通过收集中药外用治疗癌性疼痛文献的处方用药,探索现代临床中药外用复方治疗癌性疼痛的组方原则及用药规律。方法:收集整理1999—2009年发表于国内医学期刊中有关中药外用治疗癌性疼痛的复方,运用频数分析方法探究现代中医临床治疗癌性疼痛中药用药规律。结果:共筛选出符合条件的中药复方52首,涉及中药110味,共计439味次。频数分析发现外治法治疗癌性疼痛常用药为活血化瘀药、开窍药、清热药、祛风湿药及化痰药等。结论:通过现代文献分析可知,中药外用治疗癌性疼痛多遵循"不通则痛,通则不痛"的原则,以治标为主,常用活血化瘀、芳香走窜、散结解毒之品。 |
