美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8及肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

目的探讨美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及对血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法选择40例活动期UC患者为观察组,选取与观察组相匹配的30名健康志愿者作为对照组。观察组应用美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗6周,观察治疗效果,并比较2组血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平的差异。结果治疗6周后,观察组治疗总有效率为90.0%(36/40),不良反应发生率为2.5%(1/40);观察组治疗前血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平较健康对照组明显升高(P<0.01);观察组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。结论 UC患者血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α等炎性因子水平明显升高,美沙拉嗪可有效下调其水平,获得较好的治疗效果,并具有较好的用药安全性。

Effect of mesalazine on serum interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha in patients with ulcerative colitis

Objective To explore the effect of mesalazine on serum interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Forty patients with active state UC in observation group were treated with mesalazine delayed release granula,and 30 healthy volunteers were chosen as the control group.The therapeutic efficacy was observed in the observation group,and the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.0%(36/40),and the rate of adverse reactions was 2.5%(1/40).The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in observation group before treatment were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in patients with UC increased significantly,and mesalazine can reduce the levels of them.Mesalazine can obtain good efficacy with good security in the treatment of patients with UC.
