内源性甲醛与阿尔茨海默病发病机制的研究进展

摘    要:外源性甲醛对人体的损害及机制早已引起研究者的广泛关注,然而最新研究证实哺乳动物体内具有生成和清除甲醛的完整系统,由于各种原因导致体内生成和清除甲醛系统的平衡破坏,将导致内源性甲醛在体内出现异常聚集。内源性甲醛的异常聚集与学习、记忆功能障碍有密切关系,内源性甲醛浓度增高可能是阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病的诱导因素之一。探讨内源性甲醛与阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病的关系具有重要意义,并可为中药防治阿尔茨海默病的研究提供新的思路。

Abstract:The injury of exogenous formaldehyde and its merchanism have attracted wide attention from researchers. The latest study found that mammals have a whole system for generating and clearning formaldehyde. However, the imbalance on the system for generating and clearning formaldehyde for various reasons will cause abnormal accumulation of endogenous formaldehyde in vivo, which is closely related to learning diability and memory dysfunction. The increase in endogenous formaldehyde concentration may be one of factors inducing such neurodegenerative diseases as Alzheimer's disease. The study on the relationship between endogenous formaldehyde and such neurodegenerative diseases as Alzheimer's disease is of great significance and can provide new thoughts for preventing and treating Alzheimer's disease with traditional Chinese medicines.
