肛门病手术应用低浓度小剂量利多卡因局麻的效果

目的观察低浓度小剂量利多卡因在肛门病手术中的应用效果。方法选择接受肛门病手术者100例,手术时用0．25％盐酸利多卡因5-20ml,根据病情和手术需要作局部浸润麻醉。结果通过100例的肛门手术观察,结果显示麻醉满意顺利83例,麻醉良好17例,无1例麻醉无效失败。总有效率100％。此法麻醉效果确切,未发现严重不良反应。结论此法具有易于掌握,效果好而安全的优越性,适于临床应用和推广。

Administration of low-concentration and minute-dose lidocaine by the method of procedure-site anesthesia for operative treatment of anal diseases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of administering low-concentration and minute-dose lidocaine in local infiltrative (i.e procedure site) anesthesia for the operative treatment of anal diseases.Method One hundred patients with anal diseases were selected to be operated on with the method of anesthesia, in which 5-20ml of 0.25% lidocaine hydrochloride was administered according to their conditions and operation need again local infiltrative anesthesia was taken.Results Of 100 patients undergoing anal operation, completely satisfying anesthesia was achieved in 83 patients, good anesthesia (though not so satisfying) was reached in 17 patients, and no failure of anesthesia was noted, giving a 100% of effective rate. The effect of anesthesia was certain; no toxicity or other severe adverse reaction was observed.Conclusion This method is easy,effective and safe.It is appropriate to further its clinical use.
