| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨玻璃体视网膜手术治疗复杂眼外伤的效果。方法：应用玻璃体视网膜手术方法治疗严重眼外伤15例（15眼），结果：术后随访6－12月最终视力在0．02最终视力在0．02以上者7例占46．7％，4例因复发网脱二次手术，3例复位。结论：严格掌握玻璃体手术在复杂眼外伤中的适应症及手术时机，正确操作 ，可使大多数伤眼获得解剖修复。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of vitreoretinal surgery in oc- ular trauma . Methods 15 cases of severe ocular trauma were treated with vitreoretinal surgery. Results Postoperative visions of 7 cases (46.7% )were better than 0.02 in 6 - 12 month followup,4 cases had to undergo the secondary vitrectory due to recurrent retinal detachment. Conclusion The majority of traumatic eyeballs can obtain anatomical reparation and better prognosis by the strict selection of proper operative indications and opportunities |
