平喘汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

目的探讨平喘汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法选取2008年1月～2009年1月间在我院住院的支气管哮喘患者84例，随机分为治疗组和对照组；两组均给予西医常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予平喘汤联合治疗，观察治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后FEV，、FEVt／FVC、V50指标均较治疗前改善，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后治疗组患者V50较对照组改善明显，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组总有效率为92．86％，对照组为71．43％，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗过程中治疗组2例出现恶心，其中1例伴有呕吐，未经特殊处理缓解。结论平喘汤联合西医治疗支气管哮喘疗效明显好于单纯西药治疗措施．且安全可靠．值得应用。

Study on Effect of Pingchuan Soup Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Bronchial Asthma

Objective To investigate the effect and sally of Pingchuan Soup combined with Western medicine in treating bronchial asthma. Methods 84 cases with bronchial asthma in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2009 were divided into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups were given the conventional therapy of western medicine, and the treatment group received the treatment of Pingchuan Soup to The treatment effect was observed. Results The levels of FEV1, FEV1/FVC and V50 before and after the treatment were significantly different （P〈0.05） in both groups separately, the levels of V50 after treatment in treament group were superior to those in control group, and there was significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 92.86% in the treatment group and 71.43% in the control group, and there was significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. During the treatment, there were 2 cases with nausea in treatment group, in 2 cases there was one case with vomiting, which was relieved without special treatment. Conclusion The effect of Pingchuan Soup combined with Western medicine in treating bronchial asthm is superior to simple Western medicine, which is safe and worth of clinical application.
