| 摘 要： | 本文通过胃窦移植手术,建立可提供进行中西药药理研究的大白鼠慢性高血胃泌素高胃酸分泌模型。术后1周连续收集240分钟胃液滴定表明:胃窦移植术组(n=5)大白鼠的胃酸浓度是对照组(n=5)的2倍,胃酸流量则为4倍。统计学处理差异均有显著性。自制中药(吴茱萸、黄连)煎剂抑制240分钟胃酸流量,治疗组(n=6)比对照组(n=6)减少50％,但对胃酸浓度无影响,说明中药煎剂的作用机理并非中和胃酸,与H_2受体拮抗剂和氢-钾离子ATP酶抑制剂直接抑制胃壁细胞分泌HCl的机理亦不同,给我们提供了一个有趣的新课题。 |

| Abstract: | The gastric acid secretion was measured in 5 rats with the antrum transplanted on to the colon (ACT) and equipped with chronic gastric cannula. One week after operation, the accumulated concentraton of gastric acid and the acid output in 240 minutes were 1 time and 3 times more than the control group (5 rats without ACT), respectively. A liquid extract from Rhizoma Coptids and Fructus Euodiae inhibited 50% of acid output but had no effect on acid concentration in ACT rats. |
