| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼻内窥镜下吸割器治疗儿童腺样体肥大的使用方法及临床应用。方法 回顾分析87例鼻内窥镜直视下吸割器治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床资料及随访资料。结果 87例鼻内窥镜直视下吸割器治疗儿童腺样体肥大，具有视野清晰，操作安全，有较好的临床应用价值。结论 鼻内窥镜直视下吸割器治疗儿童腺样体肥大是一种安全、有效、可行的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application and clinical effect of using Hummer to treat children Adenoidal bypertrophy under nosal endoscoper. Methods Eighty- seven cases who were treated by Hummer- under nosal endoscoper were retrcspectively analyzed.Results This method has many advantages such as clear operation field , safe and satisfactely effect . Conclusions This method seems to be a safe and valuable way for children. Adenoidal bypertrophy , so it is a good way to treat Adenoidal by pertrophy. |
