社区高血压病患者的健康教育和护理

目的 探索社区高血压病患者更有效的健康教育和护理方法、方法 将所辖社区145例高血压患者列为社区健康教育知识讲座学员。通过定期举办健康教育讲座、健康心理咨询、观看录像、VCD、图片、知识问答、分发健教资料及处方,建立健康档案,给予用药指导和生活方式指导,定期监测血压等。结果 健康教育和护理前后高血压病患者知识知晓率明显增加,防病意识明显提高,血压明显下降。经统计学处理,均有显著性差异,P均<0.01。结论 有效的社区健康教育和护理方法是高血压患者提高自我保健意识,促进防病的一项重要措施,对疾病的治疗护理干预和康复,有着重要的影响和效果。

Health education and nursing of patients with high blood pressure in community

Objective To study more effective health education and nursing method of patients with high blood pressure in community. Methods 145 patients with high blood pressure were placed in the student list of community health education lectures. Through attending health education lectures regularly, consulting mental health, watching recording, VCD and pictures, asking and answering questions, getting handout and prescription of health education, patients' health files were set up, and they were given guidance of medicine and life style, and their blood pressures were monitored regularly. Results Patients with high blood pressure enlarged their knowledge, improved the consciousness of disease prevention, and their blood pressure dropped significantly. According to the statistic operation, there were significant differences between before and after health education and nursing (P<0.01). Conclusion Effective community health education and nursing method are important measures to improve consciousness of self health care and have important effects on treatment nursing interference of disease and healing.
