普鲁卡因治疗难治性咯血的疗效观察

目的探讨难治性咯血应用普鲁卡因后的治疗效果。方法对象包括四组患者,第1组:介入手术后仍有少量咯血,经垂体后叶素止血治疗不能满意止血。第2组:曾接受1³次介入手术治疗,再次出现咯血不愿继续接受介入手术。第3组:垂体后叶素治疗失败又不接受介入手术。第4组:有应用垂体后叶素禁忌,四组患者经采用普鲁卡因或联合普鲁卡因治疗后比较治疗效果。结果 1组有效2例。2组显效1例,有效4例,无效1例。3组显效2例,有效3例。4组显效3例,有效6例。无效病例为肺癌晚期咯血患者。结论难治性咯血,经普鲁卡因治疗后明显有效。

Procaine Efficacy of the Treatment of Refractory Hemoptysis

Objective To investigate the application of procaine refractory hemoptysis after treatment. Methods Objects include four groups of patients, group 1： after surgical intervention is still a small amount of hemoptysis, after vasopressin hemostasis can not be satisifed to stop bleeding. Group 2： 1-3 times interventional had received surgical treatment, recurrence of hemoptysis unwilling to continue to accept surgical intervention. Group 3： vasopressin treatment failure without receiving surgical intervention. Group 4： There are applications vasopressin taboos, four groups of patients by using procaine procaine or combined therapeutic effect after treatment. Results 1 group 2 cases. 2 group that were one case, effective in 4 cases, 1 case. 3 group 2 cases markedly effective in 3 cases. 4 group that were three cases, effective in 6 cases. Invalid patients with advanced lung cancer patients with hemoptysis. Conclusion Refractory hemoptysis, after procaine treatment signiifcantly effective.
