肝肿瘤诊断中DSA灌注成像的应用研究

摘    要:
目的研究数字减影血管造影(DSA)技术在肝癌诊断治疗中的应用价值。方法分析36例DSA影像资料数据.使用BP神经网络建立计算机智能诊断模型。结果把100个随机抽样测试样本(非病灶样本和病灶样本)输入模型验证,真阳性率为92%。结论DSA灌注成像对肝癌的诊断有重要价值,并对继续治疗方案的选择与制定有一定的临床意义。

Application research of DSA perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of hepatic carcinoma

Abstract:
Objective To study the value of DSA (digital subtraction angiography) technique in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic carcinoma. Methods 36 cases of DSA image data were analysed, the Back Propagation Neural Network was used to build diagnostic model. Results 100 cases of random samples were inputed into the model, in order to verify the model, the true positive rate was 92%. Conclusion DSA perfusion imaging is an effective method in hepatic carcinoma diagnosis, and gives us the selection of retreatment.
