机采血小板献血不良反应原因分析及防治

目的探讨机采血小板发生献血反应的原因，制定防治措施，确保献血者的安全。方法观察分析2006～2008年机采血小板献血反应发生情况。结果2006年1月至2008年12月机采献血人数为2100人．出现献血反应20人，其中轻、中度反应分别为19人、1人，献血反应发生率为0．95％。结论精神紧张、空腹、疲劳献血通过迷走神经反射，引起血管扩张，心输出量减少，引起献血反应；保障献血者安全献血，需加大献血的关爱力度，以保留献血者，避免因献血反应导致血源流失。

Analysis and prevention of blood donation reaction with apheresis platelet

Objective To analyze the reason of blood donation reaction with the occurrence of machine of adoption of blood platetes, make some prevention and cure measure, make sure that the safety of someone who donates blood for voluntary willingness. Methods Observed and analysed the reaction of machine of adoption of blood platelets between January 2006 and December 2008. Results Among 20 in 2 100 persons had some different blood＇s reaction degree, 19 persons with light degree and 1 person with medium degree. The rate of dedicated blood reaction was 0.95%. Conclusion Someone with nervous feelings, empty stomach or tireness can easily cause blood vessel extension through pneumogastic nerves glint when he or she donates blood. At the same time, if the amount of heart blood output decreases, people can also cause blood reaction. Ensure safety of people who dedicate blood for voluntary willingness, should pay more attention to people who give blood for voluntary willingness and give them more need of care and love.
