吻合器治疗重度痔的临床评价

目的:比较痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(PPH)和Mil-ligan-Morgan术治疗Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度痔的临床效果。方法:将300例Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度痔患者分为PPH组(n=150)和对照组(n=150),分别进行PPH及Milligan-Morgan手术治疗,对两组患者的手术时间、术后疼痛指数、注射止痛药次数、住院时间、恢复工作时间、住院费用等进行比较。结果:PPH组和对照组患者总的症状改善满意率分别为89%和81%;在疼痛指数、注射止痛药次数、住院时间、恢复工作时间方面,PPH组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:PPH治疗Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度痔的临床效果优于Milligan-Morgan手术。

Randomized, controlled study on procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids

Objective:To compare the short-term outcome of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.Methods: 300 cases of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids admitted for surgical treatment were randomly assigned to PPH(n=150)or Milligan-morgan(n=150) for comparing time consumption of the surgery,post-operative pain index,requirement of pain killing rejections,length of hospital stay,recovery to routine work and costs of the treatment.Results: 89% of the cases in PPH group were improved in comparison with 81% in control group.The factors such as pain index,use of pain killers,length of hospital stay and recovery to routine work in PPH group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: PPH is more effective for hemorrhoids of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree than Milligan-Morgan procedure.
