内镜辅助下的微创甲状腺手术

近年来有学者对内镜辅助下的微创甲状腺手术开展了许多临床研究,证实了该术式具有微创和美容的双重作用。与传统手术相比,对于合适的患者可获得同样的治疗效果,并且减少了并发症和缩短了手术时间。为进一步研究内镜辅助下的微创甲状腺手术,现对该术式的术前准备、手术径路、方法、适应证、禁忌证、并发症及目前存在的问题予以综述。

Minimally Invasive Endoscope-assisted Thyroidectomy

In recent years,some scholars have conducted the clinical studies on minimally invasive endoscope-assisted thyroidectomy.This technique has faborable effects on both minimally invasive procedure and cosmetics.It can achieve the same curative effects to conventional surgery and have less complications with shorter operation time.In order to further study this technique,this article summarizes the preoperative preparation,surgical approach,methods,indications,contraindications,complications,and existing problems regarding minimally invasive endoscope-assisted thyroidectomy.
