大鼠咽肌前运动神经元的跨突触定位

摘    要:
支配咽肌的运动神经元位于疑核,控制凝核的前运动神经元位于孤束核。孤束核中的前运动神经元在控制吞咽运动中起着重要作用。但支配咽肌的前运动神经元位于孤束核的什么部位还不清楚。文内用假狂犬病毒研究字大鼠咽肌前运动神经元在孤束核中的定位。

Abstract:
The motor neurons of pharyngeal musculature are located in the nucleus ambiguus. The pre-motor neurons (PMNs) are located in the nucleus of the solitary tract (NST) and its adjacent reticular formation, and play a prominent role in the control of swallowing. But the precise location of the PMNs of the pharynx is unclean In this study, the subnuclear location of pharyngeal PMNs was determined in rat using pseudorabies virus (PRV). Neuronal labeling was limited to the semicompact formation of the nucleus ambiguus (NAsc) at 48 hours after injection of PRV. At 56 to 62 hours the viruses labeled PMNs were found within the interstitial, intermediate and rostral medial subnuclei of the NST. Therefore, it is conducted that the pharynx is controlled bya central circuit whereby pharyngeal vagal afferents terminate on PMNs in the NTS which, in turn, innervate pharyngeal motor neurons in the NAsc.
