| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌患者的就诊延误是指患者首次发现癌症可疑症状至首次就诊于医疗机构这一阶段。发生就诊延误的乳腺癌患者生存率降低,其影响因素包括社会人口学因素（年龄、婚姻状态等）、症状表现以及社会心理学因素等。目前我国乳腺癌患者就诊延误发生率在30%以上,相关危险因素和干预措施有待进一步深入研究。

| Abstract: | Patient delay of breast cancer patients is defined as the period from the first onset of suspicious symptoms to the first medical contact.There was strong evidence for a relation between patient delay and poor survival.Delay was associated with socio-demographic variables such as age and marriage status,symptomatology and socio-psychological factors.More than 30% breast cancer patients in China delayed their first medical consultation more than 3 months.Further studies are needed to explore the risk factors and intervention methods for patient delay. |
