| 摘 要： | 观察４６例精神分裂症患者和３０例正常人的外周血Ｔ细胞及其亚群、单个核细胞白细胞介素２（ＩＬ２）诱生能力，结果显示：精神分裂症患者Ｔ细胞总数及ＣＤ４亚群数均比正常人低（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＩＬ２诱生力降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示精神分裂症患者存在细胞免疫功能减弱现象，并且细胞免疫功能减弱与吩噻嗪类药物治疗无明显关系。 |

| Abstract: | The changes of T Iymphocytes and their subsets, together with the IL2 producing ability of PBMC, were observed in 46 schizophrenis patients and 30 healthy volunteers(normal control group).The results showed that the total T Iymphocytes and CD4 subsets in schizophrenis patients significantly decreased(P< 0.00 1). The IL2 producing ability in the patients was also lower than that in the normal control group(P<0.05).The studies suggest that schizophrenic patients have a compromising cell-mediated immunity,which seems not related to the treatment of antipsychotic drugs. |
