| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种测定天麻素葡萄糖注射液中天麻素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以水-乙腈(97∶3)为流动相;检测波长为220nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果天麻素在81.6~190.4μg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好。结论本法灵敏度高,准确性好,可用于天麻素葡萄糖注射液中天麻素的含量检测。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of gastrodin in gastrodin and glucose injection by HPLC.METHODS A C18 column was used,water-acetonitrile(97∶3) as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 220nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The calibration curve showed a good linear at the range of 81.6～190.4μg·mL-1.CONCLUSION It is an accurate and sensitive method for determination of gastrodin in gastrodin and glucose injection. |
