超声引导自动活检在睾丸附睾疑难病变诊断中的应用价值

目的 探讨超声引导自动活检在睾丸及附睾疑难疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 自1999年5月-2003年11月期间，对5例超声诊断困难病例进行了超声引导下的自动穿刺活检术。结果 5例患全部穿刺成功，取材满意，组织条长度一般13～17mm。病理结果纠正了4例超声诊断，并且其中4例因睾丸的非肿瘤性疾病而免于手术。结论 超声引导下自动活检在睾丸附睾疑难病变的诊断中具有重要的应用价值。

Ultrasound Guided Biopsy in Diagnosis of Difficult Masses in Scrotum

Objective In this article,we explored the clinical valuation of ultrasound guided-biopsy in the diagnosis of masses in the scrotum(testis pud epididymis).Methods Five men who had testic masses without ultrasound definite diagnosis underwent ultrasound-guided biopsy from May 1999 to November 2003.Results In general,the punctures were successful with the tissue lengths of 13-17 mm.Four cases diagnosed as with tumors were corrected by pathology and operation was avoided.Conclusions Ultrasound guided biopsy has important practical value for testis and epididymides especially for difficult lesion diagnoses on ultrasonography.
