| 摘 要： | 目的建立对茵栀黄注射液中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定方法。方法色谱柱为岛津VP-ODS C18（5μm，150mm×4．6mm）；流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（15：84：1）；流速：1．0mL／min；检测波长327nm；柱温30℃。结果绿原酸在0-2．688μg性关系良好（r=0．9997），加样回收率为93．65％（RSD=3．5％）。结论本方法简单、迅速、准确、重现性好，可用于对茵栀黄注射液的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the qualitative analysis of chlorogenic acid in Yinzhihuang Injection by HPLC. Methods Chromatography was performed on a SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18 column （5μm,150mm × 4.6mm）; at 30℃;The mobile phase was methanol-H2O-Acetic Acid （15：84：1）; The flow rate was 1.0ml/min;The detection wavelength was at 327nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0-2.688μg （r=0.9997）, the average recovery was 93.65% （RSD=3.5%）. Conclusions This method is simple, accurate, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Yinzhihuang Injection. |
