| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨维生素类药物致过敏性休克的一般规律和特点。方法:利用中国医院数字图书馆的中国医院知识仓库(CHKD),检索1994～2006年3月收载的中文医药卫生期刊,筛选维生素类药物致过敏性休克69例,并查找原文,建立相关数据库以统计、分析。结果:69例过敏性休克中,女性显著多于男性(P<0·05);致过敏性休克共涉及11种维生素类药物,以静脉注射方式给药的发生率最高(44·93%)。结论:维生素类药物可致过敏性休克,临床应高度重视。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To explore the general pattern and the characteristics of vitamins-induced anaphylactic shocks.METHODS:The original articles of 69 vitamins-induced anaphylactic shocks cases reported in Chinese medical science journals during the period of 1994～ Mar.2006 were retrieved by means of CHKD in China digital library,and a related database was established for statistical analysis.RESULTS:Of the 69 vitamins-induced anaphylactic shock cases,females showing the significantly higher proportion than males(P<0.05).11 kinds of vitamins were involved in anaphylactic shocks,and anaphylactic shocks were predominantly induced through intravenous route,accounting for 44.93% of the total.CONCLUSION:Vitamins should be used with caution in the clinic for it may induce anaphylactic shocks. |
