人胎小肠内胰多肽免疫反应细胞的分布及形态学观察

摘    要:
目的探讨胰多肽免疫反应细胞(PP-IR细胞)在人胎小肠中的个体发生及分布。方法用免疫组织化学PAP法观察24例11~27周人胎小肠内PP-IR细胞的形态及定位。结果胎期小肠的PP-IR细胞主要见于十二指肠,偶见于空肠上皮,回肠中未见。11~13周时PP—IR细胞数量很少,单个分散在十二指肠绒毛上皮间。14周后,PP-IR细胞呈增多趋势,除分散在小肠腺和绒毛上皮外,在十二指肠腺上皮中也可见该细胞。17~27周时,PP-IR细胞数量未见明显增减。胎期小肠的PP-IR细胞形态多样。结论胰多肽在人胎小肠的内分泌细胞中已有表达。PP-IR细胞随着胎儿的发育而发生变化。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the ontogeny and distribution of pancreatic polypeptid immunoreactive cells (PP-IR cells) in human fetal small intestine. Methods The morphology and localization on PP-IR cells in 24 specimens of fetal small intestine taken from fetuses aged from 11 to 27 weeks of gestation, were studied by immunohistochemical PAP method. Results PP-IR cells were predominantly located in the duodenum, occasionally found in the jejunum, but were not seen in the ileum. From 11 to 13 weeks of gestation, a few PP-IR cells could be found in the epithelium of duodenal villi. After 14 weeks, the number of PP-IR cells increased gradually, with the PP cells present in the intestinal gland and epithelium as well as in that of the duodenal villi. The number of PP-IR cells showed no variation from 17 to 27 weeks of gestation. The PP-IR cells showed evident polymorphism. Conclusions The results indicated that PP, the pancreatic polypeptide, is early expressed in the endocrine cells of human fetal small intestine, and the PP-IR cells develop with the progress of gestation.
