| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨静脉留置针应用中护理安全管理的方法。方法 加强护士培训和患者教育，规范静脉留置针穿刺技术，制定巡视和交接班制度，完善记录，加强细节管理和安全防护。结果 护士穿刺成功率提高，静脉留置针并发症和输液渗漏的发生率均降低（P〈0．01）。结论 实施静脉留置针安全管理，可有效杜绝临床静脉输液不安全隐患的发生。
