| 摘 要： | 目的：客观评价针药结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将128例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组68例接受针刺加麻黄左经散治疗,对照组60例接受消炎痛加别嘌呤醇治疗,疗程均为15天。观察2组患者疗效及临床治疗前后相关指标的变化。结果：治疗组和对照组临床治愈率分别为54.41%、33.33%,总有效率分别为89.71%、65.00%,两组疗效差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;2组治疗后BUA、ESR、CRP、尿pH值及症状积分较治疗前比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.01;P〈0.05）;症状积分组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后胆固醇明显下降,与治疗前相比差异显著（P〈0.05）。治疗组未出现副反应,对照组中4例出现不良反应（P〈0.01）。结论：针药结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎有较好疗效,安全性高。
