| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者QT离散度 (QTd)与心源性猝死 (SCD)的联系。方法 :测量 34例CHF患者的QTD与LVEF ,并进行为期 36月的随访。结果 :SCD组的QTd与存活组、心力衰竭死亡组相比显著延长 ,与左室射血分数 (LVEF)成负相关。结论 :QTd可作为CHF患者猝死及室性心律失常的预后指标。

| Abstract: | Objective : To investigate the association between QT interval dispertion (QTd) and cardiac sudden death (SCD) in patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods : QTd and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were measured in 34 patients with CHF, and all patients were followed up with 36 months. Results:QTd in the SCD group was remarkably increased than the survival group and the group patients die from heart failure, QTd and LVEF had a negative relationship. Conclusion: QTd is an independent risk factor for SCD and ventricular tachycardia in patients with CHF. |
