| 摘 要： | 目的构建以survivin启动子驱动增强绿色荧光蛋白（EGFP）表达的真核表达载体pEGFP-C1/Surv。方法用PCR扩增survivin启动子,构建其真核表达载体并检测survivin启动子的活性。结果PCR成功扩增出survivin启动子,其真核表达载体构建成功。结论survivin启动子能驱动EGFP的表达,证明其具有活性。

| Abstract: | Objective To construct pEGFP-C1/Surv eukaryotic expression vector in which the EGFP was drived by survivin gene promoter.Methods We amplified the survivin gene promoter by PCR and constructed pEGFP-C1/Surv plasmid in which the EGFP was drived by survivin gene promoter,and detected the activity of survivin gene promoter.Results The survivin gene promoter was amplified successfully;the pEGFP-C1/Surv eukaryotic expression vector was constructed successfully.Conclusion The survivin gene promoter could drive the... |
