成功进行药物过敏试验皮内注射的方法研究

目的:探讨成功进行皮内注射的方法。方法:随机整群抽出120例被试者,分别采用传统的和新的皮内注射方法,进行自身对照。结果:新的皮内注射方法一次注射成功率显著高于传统方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);疼痛程度明显低于传统方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);额外损伤明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:采用针尖斜面与皮肤呈10°～40°角进针能提高注射成功率,减轻注射时的疼痛,减少额外损伤。

Method study of successful drug allergy experiment with intracutaneous injection

Objective To approach the method of successful intradermal injection.MethodTotal 120 subjects were randomly selected,self-control was carried out,traditional and new method of intradermal injection were used,respectively.ResultsOne time injection successful rate of the new method was significantly higher than the traditional method（P0.005）;pain intensity was significantly lower than the traditional method（P0.005）;additional damage significantly reduced（P0.005）.ConclusionUse of needle injection having 10°~40° angle with skin can improve the injection successful rate,alleviate the pain and reduce additional damage.
