腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹原因的临床分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中转开腹的原因。方法对比分析19例LC病人中转开腹的临床资料。结果19例中转开腹的原因是胆囊急性炎症或粘连11例，胆管损伤2例，出血2例，胆总管明显增宽并胆总管结石1例，肠损伤1例．胆管变异2例。结论当LC中出现超出术处理能力的情况时应适时中转开腹。

Clinical reasons of 19 cases of conversion from laparoscopic cholecystectomy to laparotomy

Objective To explore the reasons of conversion from laparoscopic cholecystectomy to laparotomy. Methods The clinical data of 19 patients undergoing LC was comparatively reviewed. Results Among reasons conversion from LC to laparotomy, acute gallbladder inflammation and its surrounding adhension was 11 cases, bile duct injury wan was 2 cases, massive bleeding was 2 cases, bile duct become wider and residual stones in common bile duct was 1 case, gastro-intestinal injury was 1 case, gastro-abnormal anatomy of bile duct was 2 cases. Conclusion The active conversion into surgery should be considered at the right moment once serious complications occurred during LC.
