黄白痤疮膏体外抑菌实验

摘    要:目的 探讨黄白痤疮膏体外抑菌效果.方法 采用试管倍比稀释法、平板法,用黄白痤疮膏水煎液、头孢曲松钠、维A酸乳膏,对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌进行抗菌实验.结果 黄白痤疮膏方煎液、维A酸乳膏、头孢曲松钠金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为125mg/mL、500mg/mL、4μg/mL.表皮葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为125mg/mL、500mg/mL、16μg/mL.结论 黄白痤疮膏方水煎液对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌有较好的抑菌和杀菌效果.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the bacteriostasis effect of Huangbai acne ointment. Methods Tube fold dilu-tion method and plate method were used to observe the bacteriostasis effect of Huangbai acne ointment water de-coction, ceftriaxone, and vitamin A acid cream on Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis in vitro.Results The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Huangbai acne ointment water decoction, ceftriaxone, andvitamin A acid cream against Staphylococcus aureus was 125mg∕mL, 4 μg∕mL, and 500mg∕mL, respectively. The MIC of Huangbai acne ointment water decoction, ceftriaxone, and vitamin A acid cream against Staphylococcusepidermidis was 125mg∕mL, 16 μg∕mL, and 500mg∕mL, respectively. Conclusion Huangbai acne ointment waterdecoction has a good bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis.
