药物经济学评价的应用与重要性

目的：随着社会经济的发展、人口老龄化、疾病谱的改变，特别是医疗卫生技术的变革与进步，使得全球各国医疗卫生费用的增长异常迅猛。如何利用卫生技术评估和药物经济学评价来提高医疗卫生资源的合理配置与优化使用，是世界各国共同面临的重大难题。方法本文首先提出了药物经济学评价的重要性；讨论药物经济学评价在新药研发、药品定价、医保目录选择和临床合理用药等方面的应用；探讨药物经济学评价质量的重要性；分析中国在卫生技术评估和药物经济学评价方面所面临的问题和挑战，提出了当前中国在该领域面临的四点主要问题。结果与结论提醒政府部门、医疗机构、制药企业和科研院所等共同关注这些问题并努力做好药物经济学评价工作。

The Importance And Use of Pharmacoeconomics Evaluation

ObjectiveWith the development of economy,and the progress of the society,the rapid growth of health care costs has become a huge burden on the world health system.This is driven by an aging population in the world,the change of disease spectrum,and particularly the progress and change of health care technology.The major problem of many countries is how to use health technology assessments （HTA） and pharmacoeconomics evaluation to improve and optimize the configuration of medical and health resources.MethodThis paper presents the importance of pharmacoeconomics evaluationand discusses the application of pharmacoeconomics evaluation in new drug research and development,drug pricing,selection of NRDL and promoting rational drug use.The quality of pharmacoeconomic evaluation is of great importance and also addressed.Furthermore,the paper analyzes problems and challenges of implementing HTA and pharmacoeconomics evaluation in China.Four main issues are raised in this field.Result and Conclusion Government departments,medical institutions,pharmaceutical companies and research institutes should cooperate and promote use of pharmacoeconomics evaluation to solve problems.
