| 摘 要： | 应用改进寇氏法，测定复方硫酸氢黄连素灌肠液肛注腹腔注射等不同给药途径半数致死数量，并选用大鼠，家兔及豚鼠，对其局部刺激性及过敏性进行观察。结果：其ＬＤ５０值分别为２２８．９３ｍｇ／ｋｇ和１５．８８ｍｇ／ｋｇ。对大鼠直肠粘膜无毒性，对家兔股四头肌有轻度刺激性，对豚鼠致敏后反应阴性。

| Abstract: | By using the improved Kou's method, the median lethal doscs (LD50 ) of compound berberine hydrosulphate clyster were determined by enteroclysis and abdominal administration, and its local stimulation and immediate hypersensitivity were observed in rates, rabbits and guinea - pig. The results showed that its LD50 were 228. 93mg/kg and 15. 88mg/kg respectively. Its local stimulation on rats rectal mucosa and rabbit thigh quadriceps were very light, and the immediate hypersensitivity on guinea - pig was negative. Thus, compound berberine hydrosulphate clyster is a very safety and new preparation. |
