1984～2003年广州市妇产科研究所青春期少女中晚期妊娠引产年龄变化分析

目的分析近20年青春期少女中晚期妊娠引产情况。方法对1984-2003年20年广州市妇产科研究所青春期少女中晚期妊娠住院引产334例进行回顾性分析。分析逐年引产数的变化、其年龄构成比及前后十年的变化。结果20年问青春期少女中晚期妊娠引产数占每年引产总数的4．9％～16．8％,年龄结构以18～19岁为主;16岁以下少女中晚期妊娠引产数占青春期中晚期妊娠引产总数的比例近十年较前十年明显增加,差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论近十年16岁以下少女妊娠引产所占比例明显上升,倡议重视青少年（尤其是初中生）性知识、妊娠知识及避孕知识的教育。

Analysis of Pregnancy Termination in 2nd and 3rd Trimester Among Adolescents

Objective Pregnancy termination in 2nd and 3rd trimester among adolescents in the recent 20 years' were reviewed. Methods The 334 hospitalized cases of adolescent pregnancies terminated in 2nd and 3rd trimester were reviewed from 1984 to 2003 in obstetric & gynecology institute of Guangzhou to analyze the age distribution, the annual cases, and to compare the trends of age distribution variations and the annual incidence. Results During the last 20 years, adolescent pregnancies were increased from 4.9% to 16.8% of termination of middle and late pregnancy each year, most cases were seen in 18 to 19 years old teenagers; a significant difference was found that puberty pregnancy termination occurred under the 16 year-old girls were increased in the recent decade, P<0.05. Conclusion This study for puberty pregnancy termination in 2nd and 3rd trimester demonstrates that under 16 year-old puberty pregnancy termination is increasing, which suggests that it is important to enhance the sex, pregnancy and contraception knowledge in adolescents,especially in teenagers of junior middle school.
