Coats病79例临床分析

目的：通过对７９例８０只眼视力，眼底及血荧光血管造影（简称造影）检查，分析其临床特点，并选择适应激光治疗的病例，观察疗效，方法：应用造影确定病变的部位，范围，显著程度，施以氩离子激光治疗，结果：１９只眼病变严重，发生严重并发症，失去治疗机会；６１只眼激光治疗后，避免了正常视网膜进一步受损，保留了现有视力，有效率达１００％，其中２１只眼视力提高２行以上，结论：Ｃｏａｔｓ病药物治疗无效；造影可揭示病变

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON 79 CASES OF COATS DISEASES

Objective:To study the clinical features and effects of laser therapy in 79 patients (80 eyes) with Coats diseases.Methods:The clinical features were analysed by visual acuity testing,fundus observation and fluorescein angiography.According to the location,range,severity of changes which were ascertained by fluorescein angiogram,Argon laser coagulation was performed in 61 eyes.Results:Due to seriously retinal lesions and complications, 19 eyes lost the chance of treatment.After laser therapy on the remaining 61 eyes,further injuries were avoided with maintenance of current vision,and effective rate accounted for 100%.Vision in 21 eyes improved markedly (above two lines).Conlusion:No drugs are effective for Coats diseases.Fluorescein angiogram could show the lesions of the disease.Early finding and treatment are critical in the prognosis of the disease.
