整体护理对住院抑郁症患者康复的影响

目的探讨整体护理对抑郁症患者康复效果的影响。方法将90例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组（整体护理组）和对照组，两组患者均接受系统的抗抑郁药物治疗，研究组实施整体护理，对照组给予卫生宣教和常规护理，分别于入院时和治疗6周后进行抑郁自评量表（SDS）及症状自评量表（SCL-90）、自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）及服药依从性等进行评定并比较其结果。结果治疗6周后SDS和SCL-90中的抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、敌对、人际关系敏感等因子分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．015）。ITAQ总分及服药依从性情况研究组的改善也明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论整体护理能有效提高抑郁症患者的康复效果及服药依从性，减少社会功能残疾。

Effect of the whole nursing method on the rehabilitation of depression inpatients

Objective To explore the effect of the whole nursing method on the rehabitation of patients with depressive disorder. Methods 90 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into test group （the whole nursing group, given whole nursing） and control group （given health education and usual care）. All subjects received systemic antidepressant drug treatment. Self-rating depressive scale （SDS） ,symptom checklist-90 （SCL-90）, insight and treatments attitude questionnaire （ITAQ） and the medication compliance were assessed and compared on admission and 6 wk after treatment. Results After 6 weeks＇ treatment in hospital, the scores of indices （depression, anxiety, terror, hostility and sensitivity of interpersonal relationship） in SDS and SCL-90 were obviously lower in test group than those of control group （P〈0.05） ; while the total scores of ITAQ and medication compliance in test group were superior to those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The whole nursing method can greatly improve the rehabilitation effect and medication compliance of depressed patients, and reduce the deformity of society function.
