小组治疗对糖尿病患者生活质量的干预效果

目的：用小组治疗方法对糖尿病患者生活质量进行干预,以36项简式健康调查问卷（SF-36)评定干预效果。方法：以“准实验法”的原则为依据,设置实验组和对照组,对实验组进行小组治疗干预,在实验前后分别对两个组的成员进行SF-36问卷的测试并分别对比前测和后测的分值,观察其变化情况。结果：实验组的前测和后测分值差异有统计学显著性;而对照组的前、后测分值的差异无统计学显著性。结论：小组治疗对于糖尿病患者的生活质量干预有明显效果。

The Effect of Group Intervention on Quality of Life of Diabetics

Objective: To improve quality of life of patients with diabetes by group intervention. Methods: According the principles of "quasi-experimental research", we set up the experimental and control groups, provided the group intervention for the experimental group. SF-36 was applied to measure the difference before and after intervention of both groups. Results: There were significant differences between the pretest and posttest scales of experimental group. The posttest scores were remarkably increased compared with the pretest. But the scores of pretest and posttest of control group were not significantly different. Conclusion: The group intervention is effective in improvement of diabetics' quality of life.
