特殊类型子宫肌瘤的彩超诊断分析

目的 探讨一些特殊类型子宫肌瘤的二维图像及彩色多普勒血流图特点，从而与其它有类似表现的疾病相鉴别。方法 用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查并筛选特殊表现子宫肌瘤163例，并与病理相对照。结果 用彩色多普勒超声检查163例，诊断符合率为97．5％(159／163)，误诊4例。结论 特殊的子宫肌瘤由于表现较复杂，容易误诊，但彩色多普勒超声检查可提高诊断正确率。

Color Ultrasound Diagnosis and Misdiagnosis Analysis of Special Hysteromyoma

Objective To consider the distinctive features of two dimensional (2 D) ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) of special hysteromyoma,and to differentiate it from other diseases with similar manifestations.Methods A total of 161 cases with special hysteromyoma were examined and screened with color Doppler ultrasound One case with cystic degeneration in intramural myoma was diagnosed as sarcomatous changes of uteral myoma;1 case with broad ligament myoma degeaerated and calcified was diagnosed as ovarian teratoma;1 case of endometrial carcinoma was diagnosed as submucous myoma;1 case of ovarian fibroma was diagnosed as subserous myoma.Results The diagnostic accurate rate examined with color ultrasound was 97 5 % (159/163)and 4 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusions Special hysteromyoma is often easily misdiagnosed because of its complicated manifestations,but the diagnostic accurate rate will be improved if CDFI is used together with 2 D US.
