| 摘 要： | 总结15例老年病人全膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防护理。通过分析下肢深静脉形成的危险因素，强调实施术前健康教育、术后观察与护理、应用药物及机械预防方法，包括肌力增强训练、关节被动活动及预防性使用外来性充气压迫法等护理措施是提高手术成功率、保证手术效果及减少下肢深静脉血栓等并发症发生的重要保证。

| Abstract: | To summarize preventive nursing of 15 elderly patients with deep vein thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty. Through analyzing the danger factors causing DVT, the author emphasized that nursing countermeasures, such as preoperative health education, postoperative observation and nursing, medicine application and machinery preventive methods (including enhancing the muscle exercise, joints passive movement and external charging pressing method), were key to improve success rate of surgery, ensure operative effect and reduce deep vein thrombosis as well as other complications. |
