| 摘 要： | 目的基于资源观的竞争优势理论建立大型综合性医院竞争力评价模型，为卫生管理部门和医院管理者准确判断市场竞争态势，评价自身优劣势和选择发展策略提供依据。方法采用专家咨询法、层次分析法（AHP）、模糊综合判断法构建竞争力评价指标体系，确定指标权重与指标体系权集，建立评价模型。结果构建了大型综合性医院竞争力评价模型，并确定了竞争力强、较强、一般、差四个等级的定量定性标准。结论评价模型指标体系合理，应用便捷，可显示医院资源和能力的优劣势。 |
