摘    要:随着社会的进步和改革开放的深入,人们对医疗保健有了更高的要求,作为提供医疗服务的医务人员,经过多年的职业道德教育,思想观念和服务意识仍能完全满足社会的需求,因此,提高医务人员的服务质量,应重视以下几方面问题,加强思想教育应该树立正确的世界观入手,应该重视医务人员的心理需求,应该尽早出台医疗卫生法律。

Abstract:With the development of society and deepening of reform and opening, people had higher requirement to health care. Though the medical professionals received professional ethics education for several years, their thoughts and service consciousness were not satisfied with the requirement of society. Several issues should be paid attention for improving quality of medical service. First, reinforcing ideological ethics should be begun from establishing correct world conception. Second, medical professionals' psychological demands should be paid attention. The last, some laws about medical service should be made out as earlier as possible.
