低分子肝素对老年下肢骨折形成深静脉血栓的疗效观察

目的观察低分子肝素(low-molecular-weight heparin,LMWH)治疗老年下肢骨折形成下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的效果和安全性。方法选择2006年1月-2010年6月在本院就诊的156例老年下肢骨折患者中形成深静脉血栓的30例患者作为观察对象。治疗前后进行DVT症状评估、下肢深静脉的彩超检查。结果治疗后,治愈18例,显效6例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。凝血指标APTT、Fib与治疗前相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用LMWH治疗老年下肢骨折形成下肢深静脉血栓的效果好,安全性高。

Observation on Therapeutic Efficacy of Low-molecular-weight Heparin on Deep Vein Thrombosis of Elderly Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of low- molecular- weight heparin （LMWH） on treating deep vein thrombosis （DVT） of elderly patients with lower limb fracture （LLF）. Methods Among 156 elderly patients with LLF hospitalized in the First Hospital of Changsha from January 2006 to June 2010, 30 LLF patients with DVT were selected as research objects. All patients were examined by color duplex ultrasonography and evaluated on their clinical symptoms of DVT be- fore and after LMWH therapy. Results The treatment was curative in 18 cases, markedly effective in 6, effective in 4 and ineffective in 2, with a total efficiency of 93.33 %. There were statistically significant differences in the levels of APTT and Fib before and after the treatment （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions LMWH therapy is effective and safe in treating DVT of elderly pa- tients with LLF.
