脑血栓形成患者血浆纤维蛋白肽A和D-二聚体浓度的变化

为探讨脑血栓形成患者凝血、纤溶功能的演变规律，采用ELISA法监测30例脑血栓形成患者血浆纤维蛋白肽A（FPA）和D－二聚体（DD）在急性期和恢复期的变化，并与20例正常人比较。结果显示：脑血栓形成患者急性期和恢复期血浆FPA、DD浓度均显著高于正常对照组（均P＜0．01），急性期和恢复期比较差异均无显著性（均P＞0．05）。提示：脑血栓形成患者存在着持续时间较长的凝血机能亢进，其在脑血栓形成的发展和复发中可能起重要作用；脑血栓形成患者存在着继发性纤溶功能亢进，可能与机体对血栓形成的应答反应有关。

Changes of fibrinopeptide A and D-dimer in plasma of patients with cerebral thrombosis

In order to elucidate law of the development of coagulation and fibrinolysis, the levels of plasma fibrinopeptide A (FPA) and D-dimer (DD) were assayed with ELISA in both the acute stage and the recovery stage in 30 patients with cerebral thrombosis, and the findings were compared with those obtained from 20 normal controls. The results demonstrated that the levels of plasma FPA anf DD elevated significantly during the two stages (P < 0. 01 ) as compared with the controls, and showed no significant changes between the two stages (P > 0.05), indicating that continual enhanced coagulation may play an important role in the development and recurrence of cerebral thrombosis. The results also suggest that secondary fibrinolysis may occur in patients with cerebral thrombosis, which may be the response to thrombi formation.
