双极电凝止血、顺逆结合法小切口胆囊切除102例临床分析

目的 介绍小切口胆囊切除的手术方法和体会。方法 采用双极电凝止血、顺逆结合法行小切口胆囊切除。结果 102例术后均痊愈出院,4例延长切口,成功率约96％,无严重并发症。结论 本术式损伤小,手术出血少,肠功能恢复快,住院时间短,具有并发症少、操作顺利、解剖清晰等优点,手术安全有效。

The Clinical Analysis of 102 Cases Adopting Double-pole Electri-congulative Hemostasis Combining Ordering Method with Retrograde Method in Minicholecystectomy

Objective To introduce the methods of minicholecy-stectomy and talk about our experiences. Methods Adopt double-pole electri-congulative hemostasis,combine order method with retrograde method in minichclecystectomy. Results The 102 cases were all cured with minichclecystectomy, 4 cases incision lengthened, the minichelocystectomy was successfully performed in 98(96%) of 102 cases and had no serious complications. Conclusion The minichclecystectomy has more merits:smaller injury;less hemorrhage (about 5 - 10ml) and complications;shorter bowel-function recovery timing(21 hours in average)and mean hosiptal stay (5 days or so). And smoother opertaion,clearer anatomy which makes the operation safe and effective.
