| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨CT导向经皮穿剌活检的方法及其临床意义。方法 :采用显示野中心坐标与定位光标结合定位法并与扫描技术、呼吸配合技术相结合。结果 :采用该方法穿刺者 12 6例 ,其中肺部 10 3例 ,纵隔 2 0例 ,腹部 3例 ,穿刺确诊率为 98 4 1% (12 4 / 12 6 ) ,均无严重并发症发生。结论 :采用显示野中心坐标与光标结合定位法的CT导引细针活检细胞学检查技术 ,是一种简便、准确、快速、有效、安全的诊断方法 ,具有重要的临床意义

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the method and clinical value of CT guided Needling Biopsy.Methods In this study,the technique of localization with the central coordinates of monitor combining with cursor was used,and at the same time the protocol of CT scan and the appropriate respiration were also considered.Results CT guided Needling Biopsy were performed in 126 cases,including lungs(103 cases),mediastinums(20 cases) and abdomens(3 cases).The accuracy of diagnosis was 98 41%(124/126) without a serious complication.Conclutions CT guided Needling Biopsy using the technique of localization with the central coordinates of monitor combining with cursor was a very useful diagnostic method,and may play a great role in clinical in future. |
