22例经胆囊管行胆总管探查的临床分析

目的分析经胆囊管行胆总管探查的临床意义。方法将本院诊治的22例胆囊结石、胆管扩张的患者22例,采用开腹经胆囊管行术中胆道镜胆管探查取石和治疗,并进行分析。结果发现胆总管结石17例,14例经胆囊管取出,3例改行胆总管切开探查,术后均未置管,恢复好,无残余结石。结论开腹经胆囊管行术中胆道镜胆管探查取石避免了胆总管切开,减少了术后并发症的发生及留置管的痛苦,有一定的临床应用价值。
