不同类型房颤患者超敏C-反应蛋白水平的比较及意义

目的研究阵发性房颤,持续性房颤和永久性房颤患者超敏C反应蛋白（high sensitive C Reactive Protein,hs-CRP）水平变化,探讨炎症反应对心房颤动的影响。方法比较阵发性房颤、持续性房颤和永久性房颤患者同对照组hs-CRP水平的变化。结果各房颤组血清hs-CRP浓度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;持续性和永久性房颤组hs-CRP比阵发性房颤亚组高（P〈0.05）,持续性房颤和永久性房颤亚组hs-CRP浓度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论房颤组与对照组相比房颤患者hs-CRP增高,且持续性和永久性房颤均高于阵发性房颤,表明炎症反应在房颤的发生中起重要作用。

The clinical Significance of High Sensitive C-Reactive Protein in Types of Atrial Fibrillation

Objective To observe the level of high sensitivive C-Reactive Protein（hs-CRP） in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, permanentatrial fibrillation or persistent atrial fibrillation. To investigate the effect of inflammation on atrial fibrillation（AF）. Methods Compared hs-CRP of AF patients with that of the control group to analyze the changes. Results The hs-CRP level of AF patient was significant higher than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ,The hs-CRP level of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patient was lower than that of per- sistent atrial fibrillation and permanent atrial fibrillation patient（ P 〈 0.05 ）. but there was no significant differ- ence between persistent atrial fibrillation and permanent atrial fibrillation patients （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The hs-CRP level of AF patient is higher than that of control group, and the hs-CRP level of paroxysmal atrial fibril- lation patient is lower than that of persistent atrial fibrillation and permanent atrial fibrillation patient, which pre- dict that inflammation put an importment effect on atrial fibrillation.
