阿立哌唑对痴呆患者精神行为症状的疗效分析

目的：比较阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗痴呆患者的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的138例痴呆患者分为两组,利培酮组68例,阿立哌唑组70例,对比用药后两组PANSS、WAIS-RC、CMS评分。结果：用药前两组PANSS差异无显著性,两组用药12周后PANSS均低于用药前,两组间差异明显;两组用药后WAIS-RC评分阿立哌唑组明显较优;两组用药前CMS总分无显著性,用药12周CMS评分阿立哌唑组更具优势。结论：与利培酮比较,阿立哌唑对痴呆患者精神行为的改善优势更为明显,更适用于对痴呆患者的治疗。

The efficacy of Aripiprazole on behavioral and psychological symptoms of patients with dementia

Objective：To compare the efficacy of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the treatment of dementia. Methods ：138 patients with de- mentia were divided into Risperidone group （68 cases） and Aripiprazole group （70 cases ）, contrasted two groups of the scores of PANSS, WAIS -RC and CMS after treatment. Results：Before treatment there was no significant difference between the two groups of PANSS,the two groups of PANSS after 12 weeks of treatment were lower than that before treatment, the difference between the two groups was significantly; after treatment, WAIS - RC score of Arip- iprazole group was significantly better;before treatment there was no significant difference between the two groups of CMS, after 12 weeks of treatment, CMS score of Aripiprazole group was significantly better. Conclusion ： Compared with Risperidone, on the improvement of behavioral and psychological symptoms in patients with dementia Aripiprazole is more obvious, more suitable for the treatment of patients with dementia.
