| 摘 要： | 探讨腹膜透析并结核性腹膜炎的诊断方法及腹膜活检的意义。对1例腹膜透析并结核性腹膜炎的临床诊疗经过及结果进行临床分析,并对相关文献复习。腹膜透析并结核性腹膜炎是腹膜透析少见的并发症之一,其诊断较困难,腹膜活检可协助诊断。

| Abstract: | To investigate the diagnosis of peritoneal dialysis patients with Tubercular peritonitis. We re- port a case of a 56-year-old peritoneal dialysis patients with refractory peritonitis. A reviewe of the diagnosis methods of peritoneal dialysis patients with tubercular peritonitis of relevant literatures was presented. Tubercu- lar peritonitis was confirmed by peritoneal biopsy. Tubercular peritonitis is an rare and severe complication in peritoneal dialysis patients. And peritoneal biopsy is a good diagnosis method for that. |
