| 摘 要： | 目的：评价螺旋CT成像技术在颌面部骨折诊断中的准确性及临床应用价值。方法：对临床怀疑颌面部骨折的29例患者进行CT薄层扫描和三维（3D）重建，并从多方向观察3D重建图像。结果：29例中26例有颌面部骨折，螺旋CT成像技术二维（2D）和3D能清楚地显示骨折线的位置，走向，骨折范围，类型及骨折块的移位。结论：螺旋CT成像技术能对颌面部折的术前诊断及临床处理提供有价值的信息，。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and the clinical usefulness of spiral CT image in maxillofacial fractures. Methods A total of 29 traumatic patients suspected of having maxillofacial fractures were examined with thin slice CT scanning and three dimensional reconstruction. Results Maxillofacial fractures were detected in 26 cases. Spiral CT imaging clearly demonstrated fracture line position, number, size and translocation of fracture fragments. Conclusions Spiral CT imaging can provide valuable information and play an important role in preoperative diagnosis and clinical treatment of maxillofacial fractures. |
