通用营养尺的实验研究

摘    要:目的:为普通消费者研制一种科学实用的膳食营养技术措施,用以进行日常膳食营养评估和调配。方法:吸收现代营养学的基本原理设计制作了通用营养尺,并对其精确性、实用性进行了评估。结果:用通用营养尺计算的一日膳食营养结果与标准法比较无显著性差异。结论:通用营养尺能准确地评估和合理调配个体的一日膳食营养,且具有简明易懂,适于现场应用等特点。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study a convenient nutrition evaluating and daily food preparing method for common consumer.METHODS To design a general panel based on modern nutrition theory and verify the accuracy and practicability.RESULTS The dietary requirement(nutritional density) calculated by the panel were no significantly different from the ordinary method. CONCLUSION The nutrition panel is a convenient method for daily food preparing and nutrition evaluating and may be used for common consumer.
