| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性阑尾炎全血细胞参数检测的临床意义。方法2006年我院收治的85例急性阑尾炎患者,术前行实验室检查对比术中所见(术后病理)进行分析,结果采用两样本等方差t检验。结果急性阑尾炎患者与正常对照相比,白细胞参数各指标及红细胞参数RBC、HGB和HCT均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。另外,急性阑尾炎患者中男性与女性相比,除白细胞参数中的LYM%和红细胞参数RBC、HGB及HCT存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01)外,其它指标无显著性差异。结论急性阑尾炎发作时,白细胞及红细胞参数的变化有助于急性阑尾炎的诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of variation of whole human blood parameters in acute appendicitis. Methods From January 2006 to December 2006,85 cases with acute appendicitis in the laboratory examination compared with operative findings and postoperative pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The T lests of 2 samples were used for statistical analyses. Results There are significant difference(P<0.01=in WBC parameters,RBC,HGB and HCT between patients with acute appendicitis and the normal humans. And there are significant difference(P<0.01=in LYM%,RBC,HGB and HCT between male and female patients. Conclusion The variation in WBC and RBC parameters play a part in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. |
